For payments agents and ISOs

Start the conversation with evidence, not a rate claim.

A statement review can help you explain a merchant's billed costs, identify supported questions, and separate processor pricing from network references without promising a recovery or a savings result.

Separate what is known

The report distinguishes reconciled statement arithmetic, supported network comparisons, bounded or unknown costs, and negotiable processor terms. If statement counts, totals, periods, or account matching do not support a conclusion, the uncertainty remains visible.

Use the hosted application

Statement and Schedule A files are processed in the user's browser after authorized sign-in. The hosted service supplies account identity, entitlement, and the authorized rate pack; source document contents stay in that browser workflow.

Keep the audit service distinct

For a done-for-you audit, statements are emailed to the operator and used to conduct the review under the existing handling terms. This is not the browser-local app path. Contact audit@statementforensics.com for audit requests.

Rate and source boundaries

Visa and Mastercard comparisons use dated April 2026 schedules only where statement period, transaction details, and supported mapping allow. Pack ID 2026-10jz is an artifact identifier, not an October 2026 schedule. Discover is confirm-only against the state-republished Appendix G reference. American Express amounts are reported as billed; OptBlue comparisons are shown only when the required source evidence has been accepted.

Do not present processor markup as an overcharge or guaranteed saving. A visible flag is not a verdict where its underlying counts, source, or reconciliation do not support one. Assessment and access-fee differences remain questions where the source is not established.
